Gout

Posted by Djehuty Ma'at-Ra on Feb 5th 2019

Gout is medically defined as “A disease associated with an inborn error of uric acid metabolism that increases production or interferes with excretion of uric acid. Excess uric acid is converted to sodium urate crystals that precipitate from the blood and become deposited in joints and other tissues. Men are more often affected than women. The great toe is a common site for the accumulation of urate crystals. The condition can result in exceedingly swelling of a joint, accompanied by chills and fever. The symptoms are recurrent; episodes become longer each year. The disorder is disabling and, if untreated, can progress to the development of tophi and destructive joint changes.” – Mosby’s Medical Dictionary, 3rd edition, pg. 530

Gout is basically a type of arthritis that develops in the feet and results from poor, degenerate diet excessively high in meat (dead, slaughtered animal flesh), which converts into URIC ACID and saturates the blood; DAIRY PRODUCTS (congealed cow snot and pus), REFINED GRAINS and STARCH, consumption of other acid-forming products such as soda pop, beer, wine, pastries and sugar treats, candy, chocolate, junk food and fast food, pharmaceutical drugs, and smoking, and affects predominantly males (90% of the people affected with gout).

Gout denotes a highly excessive acid lifestyle that includes acidic diet. When there is too much uric acid in the bloodstream, tissues, and urine, gout is the result. And because the body is impaired due to the acid state resulting from the insalubrious diet and lifestyle, the digestive enzyme ‘uricase’, is not produced or enough of it is not produced to counter the uric acid.

Uricase oxidizes relatively insoluble uric acid into a highly soluble compound. When enough uricase is not produced and/or secreted, uric acid accumulates in the in the blood and tissues of the body and over time, crystallizes.

Now it is this crystallization of uric acid that causes much pain for sufferers of gout. When uric acid crystallizes it takes on the shape like that of a needle, and just like a needle, it sticks and jabs its way into the joints and eventually makes it way to the big toe where the pain can be unbearable.

Infected body parts of gout become seriously inflamed and very sensitive to the touch.

“Uric acid is a byproduct of certain foods, so gout is closely related to diet. Obesity and an improper diet increase the risk of developing gout. Gout has been called the rich man’s disease, since it is associated with too much rich food and alcohol. It [gout] may be inherited or brought on by crash dieting, drinking, certain medications, overeating, stress, surgery, or injury to a joint. Uric acid kidney stones may be a related problem.” – James F. Balch, M.D.

Like other major diseases, gout too has a metaphysical analysis. According to metaphysician Lise Bourbeau, “Gout in the big toe signifies a repressed desire to dominate. Although you may not seem like the dominant type, you are oblique about it. Gout also indicates a lack of flexibility, even stubbornness in the way you view your future. You also have suppressed a strong dislike of someone or some situation.”

Healing from Gout Naturally

Gout can be healed naturally and I personally witnessed this from a very good and dear friend of mine, Mr. Mark Christopher Lomax, one-time drummer for actress-singer Jada Pinkett.

I’ll never forget Lomax performing a Full Body Detox and changing his diet, attitude, and thoughts and being off the scene for a few weeks doing all of this to have him unexpectedly show up one day to a ‘Conscious Mind’ group meeting we were having at my old apartment in Glendale, California, and personally not even recognize Lomax.

From performing the Full Body Detox, eating all raw foods, practicing positive thinking and positive mental attitude, giving up eating junk food, wisely stop smoking cigarettes, and giving up on futile stress and worries changed my friend’s life and his appearance shocked everyone at the group meeting that new him.

Lomax released a whopping 70 pounds in just a few weeks which was mind-boggling. I knew the Full Body Detox and the raw foods diet could help people release 20, 30, or even 40 pounds in a matter of three weeks, but 70 pounds was a record. I have never seen it or heard of it until Mark Lomax showed up at my doorsteps back in 2001. I will never forget that day and how I didn’t recognize him. His pants could barely stay on him he had released so much weight (waste).

I covered the above to say that change of diet is the most critical thing you can do in a case of gout.

Immediately stop eating all meat, dairy, refined grains and starches; basically, stop eating processed foods, junk foods, and fast foods. Consume only raw foods, especially green foods – vegetables, which include vegetable juice that can help to neutralize uric acid and dissolve kidney stones. Eat fruits in the morning and consume vegetables from noon thereafter (though you can still eat fruit after noon).

After your cleanse and healing, do not go back to a animal-based diet. Consider going raw foods and vegan, perhaps 50/50. This is better for you and constitutes great prevention.

By all means avoid white table salt (sodium chloride, Morton’s table salt), a drug, as sodium causes fluid retention. Use herbal seasoning or sea salt only.

Drink plenty of water, preferably alkaline or distilled water. Alkaline water by far is the best water to drink because alkaline water counters high acid pH levels in the body and causes the tissues to dump off loads of toxins. Drink half your body weight in water (change the pounds into ounces, so if half your body weight is 125 pounds, drink 125 ounces in water, nearly one gallon of water). Water will help to flush your body, especially your kidneys, of uric acid.

Give up worrying and stressing; especially over things you have no control over. Focus on the things in life you have control over and make choices that benefit you. Think positive and develop a positive mental outlook on YOUR life. Not the world, but YOUR world for it is the only world that you have complete domination and control over. Live daily with a positive attitude knowing that everything that happens to you in your life happens for your greater good even if you can’t see this immediately. Just stay positive and expecting the best outcome and like magic, you will receive what you desire via expectation.

The Book of Psalms (104:14) says that God “caused the herbs to grow for the service of man” and that the herb (leaf) shall be for “medicine” (Ezekiel 47:12) and “for the healing of the nations” (Revelation 22:2). We concur with this!

Therefore, herbs are pivotal in healing from gout (arthritis of the foot). Good healing herbs for gout includes: Devil’s Claw, Uva Ursi, Buchu, Cornsilk, Juniper Berries, Mullein leaf, Sassafras, Comfrey Root, Burdock Root, Dandelion Root, Cerasee, Parsley Leaf, Nettle, Gravel Root, and Saffron (a/k/a/ Safflower). These herbs can be taken in capsule form, tea form, or liquid extract form.

Djehuty Maatra Herbs products that aid in the natural healing process of gout include: The Full Body Detox, Colon Cleanse, Acid Buster (aka pH Balancer), Mucus Buster, Joints Formula, Fluid Buster, Kidneys & Bladder Formula, Emerald Greens Cell Food, MSM Sulfur, and Enzymes Formula; FBD Detox Tea, and Healing Skin Oil.

I also recommend having ionic foot baths (detox) performed as much as possible as this process will quickly draw out toxins and impurities from the foot.

Colonics are also ideal for healing of gout. Home enemas may also be performed as well.

Folks, in traditional Djehuty Ma’at-Ra fashion, you can heal from any disease if you put your mind to it and do what is necessary (which has been covered herein). The key to successfully healing from any disease and maintaining optimal health and wellbeing are doing these 5 things: changing your thoughts (positive thinking), changing your attitude (positive outlook on life), changing your diet (salubrious diet or eating healthy), changing your lifestyle (living healthy and righteously), and changing your environment (where you hang out and with whom you hang out with). These are the 5 keys to optimal healing and wellbeing and every person can make the choice to perform them.
