Description: Breadnut Tree Bark, also known as a katahar and chataigne in Guyana, Trinidad, and Tobago, is native to Papua New Guinea and the Philippines and common in South America, specifically in Central Mexico’s west coast and parts of southern Mexico. The herb is used for a host of ailments including adverse heart conditions, adverse pancreas conditions, poor digestion; adverse skin conditions, and anemia.
We recommend it mostly for its aphrodisiac properties as it is reputed by many in the Caribbean to contain sexual enhancement qualities and as is touted for promoting better sex by prompting feelings and urges of physical desire. Among other amino acids, it's chock-full of histidine which is said to invoke sexual excitement.
Vegans and Vegetarians love breadnut because they're so nutritious. They're an excellent source of protein, carbohydrates, and fiber while also being low in fat content. They're rich in vitamins B, A, and C, as well as potassium, iron, zinc, and calcium.
