Sea Moss is one of the most nutritious beverages you can drink. Sea Moss is a combination of two seaweeds: Bladderwrack (also known as Sea Wrack) and Irish Moss. Directions: Add 2 tablespoons of sea moss powder to boiling water (4 cups worth). Let boil for 15 minutes and then cool down. Strain through a strainer. Add to blender. Sprinkle in a little Cinnamon powder and Nutmeg powder. Add 1/2 teaspoon of Vanilla Extract (optional). Add banana (optional), walnuts or almonds (optional), dates (optional). Add 2 tablespoons of natural sweetener, preferably Grade B or C maple syrup or agave nectar.
